Creating a Customer

 

In this article you will learn the steps to create a new customer in Koble with accurate and complete information for future reference and transactions.

Key Steps

  1. Access the home screen and hover over the entity option to select "Customer" or use the search bar to find "New Customer Guide."

  2. Follow the guide instructions on the right side of the screen.

  3. Enter the customer's category, name, and address as prompted.

  4. Check if the contact already exists; if so, attach the entity to the existing contact or create a new one.

  5. Fill in additional information such as primary email, terms, payment type preferences, price level, and ID.

  6. Optionally, upload a logo or photo for the customer account.

  7. Close the entity to save the customer information.

  • Double-check for any existing contacts to avoid duplication.
