Utilizing Contacts for Customers and Vendors in Koble Platform

 

Efficiently create and manage contacts for customers and vendors in the Koble platform without duplicating data.

Key Steps:

  1. Open the customer list and search for the contact's name.

  2. View and verify the contact information, including phone number, address, etc.

  3. Close the customer list and navigate to the contacts section.

  4. Search for the same contact and verify the information.

  5. Create a new vendor by associating the contact with the vendor entity.

  6. Enter the contact's name in the vendor creation tab.

  7. Select the contact from the search results and associate it with the vendor entity.

  8. Add any additional information required for the vendor entity.

  9. Save and close the vendor creation process.

  10. Verify that the contact now appears as a user, customer, and vendor in the Koble platform.
