Sales and Purchase Activity

The Activity tab includes all in and outgoing inventory activity for this product.  This may include returning product or consuming product within an inventory batch.  

Complete the following steps to view sales activity:

  1. Open a specific inventory item by selecting Inventory > Product Catalog and selecting a specific inventory item.

  2. Click the Activity to view the following information:

  3. Set the desired query settings:

    1. Doc Type: Select a specific document or select Outgoing to list all documents that reduce inventory, or Incoming to list all incoming inventory documents.  Select Adjustments to review all inventory adjustments.

    2. Customer:  Select a specific customer or let blank for all customers.

    3. Vendor: Select a specific vendor or let Vendor entry blank for all vendors.
    4. Start Date:  Select a specific date in the past to limit the query or let this setting blank to include all dates.

    5. End Date: Set this date to complete the desired date range.

  4. Click F5 to list documents based on the set query.

  5. Double click on any document to view details.
