A day here pays for the week it saves
This isn't a product pitch. It's the one day a year our whole EBMS team is in one room with our clients, and you help set the agenda. Submit your questions when you register and the presenters will build the sessions around them.
Roundtables, not lectures
Small groups led by EBMS experts. Each session starts with a short intro, then opens up for discussion shaped by the questions attendees sent in ahead of time.
Straight from the source
Deke Bowman, Head of Product, on what's coming next in EBMS. Mike Stoltzfus on financial reporting. Ask them directly.
Momentum you can keep
Rick Rhodes on the 3 M's of momentum: how to build it in a growing business, and how to keep it from running you.
The people beside you
A day among owners and operators running businesses like yours, on the same software, hitting the same walls.
There's a track for every seat in your business
With four breakout topics (Inventory, Sales Orders, Tasks & Work Orders, and Financials), four people from one company can each go deep in their own area on the same day. Here's which sessions to send them to.
Owners & General Managers

A note on the Financials roundtable
Financials runs different content depending on who's in the room. Owners and controllers get the cash flow side: where the money actually is, margin by job and customer, and reading the numbers to make a decision. Bookkeepers get the EBMS side: building reports, month-end close, and the day-to-day mechanics. If you handle both, come to both.
Half the day is set. Half of it is yours.
There are four breakout slots and four topics, and no wrong way to spend them. Every roundtable starts with a short intro presentation from EBMS experts, then opens up for discussion built around the questions attendees submitted at registration. Take all four topics once each, or stay with the same topic all four sessions and cover it thoroughly.

Rick Rhodes on the 3 M's of Momentum
Momentum is the easiest thing in business to lose and the hardest thing to get back.
Rick opens the morning with Creating Momentum and closes the afternoon with Controlling Momentum. Both sessions are built for the owner or manager whose business has grown faster than the systems holding it up. Practical, plainspoken, and worth the drive on its own.
Save your seat
It takes a couple of minutes. Tell us what you'd like covered while you're there, and the presenters will read every question and build their sessions around them. You'll get a confirmation email with a link to add the day to your calendar.

EBMS User Forum 2026
Ephrata Church of the Brethren · Ephrata, PA
Add everyone from your business, and bring your questions with you.
Good questions, answered
What does it cost?
There's no cost to attend, and lunch is included. We just need a head count, so please register everyone who's coming.
Is there a registration deadline?
Please register by Friday, September 11 so we can plan food and seating. Seats are limited and we do fill up.
How do I get my question on the agenda?
Ask it on the registration form. Presenters review every question ahead of the forum and build their sessions around what comes in, so the more specific you are, the more useful your session will be.
Do I need to pick my breakouts ahead of time?
Yes, you can let us know during registration. If you change your mind the day of, feel free too. You can take four different topics or the same one four times.
Can I bring more people from my company?
Please do. That's the whole idea. One person can only be in one room at a time, so sending two or three covers more ground. Add everyone on the registration form. Businesses with 3 or more attendees are automatically entered in the Grand Prize drawing.
Will sessions be recorded or live-streamed?
No. This is in-person only. The roundtable format depends on everyone being in the room.
What should I bring?
Just something to take notes with. No laptops needed. The sessions are discussion, not hands-on lab work, and you'll get more out of them without a screen in front of you.
Will my specific issue get solved in the room?
Not on the spot. The roundtables are for discussion. The topic gets covered, the approach gets explained, and you'll hear how others have handled it. Anything that needs a look at your actual data gets picked up offline afterward with your consultant.
Where do I park?
Free on-site parking at Ephrata Church of the Brethren, 201 Crescent Ave, Ephrata, PA 17522. Signs will direct you from the lot.
What about dietary needs?
Note it on the registration form and we'll make sure lunch works for you.
One day. Four roundtables. The whole EBMS bench in one room.
