Exporting Data to Excel, FathomHQ, and others
EBMS compiles financial data within the general ledger module of the system. This financial information as well as sales, expenses, labor, and other information can be accessed directly from within Excel. EBMS data can accessed using the following technologies:

Excel Add-in: Review [Main] Reports > Excel Add-in > Overview for details on the power of summarizing, charting, and calculating EBMS information within Excel. Review the following steps to use the Excel Add-in to interface with FathomHQ.

Interface with various financial applications using the Microsoft Power Automate Interface: Review [Main] Technical > Power Automate Interface for instructions.

Use the EBMS API Gateway to connect financial applications or data tools using the OData and JSON technologies: Review [Main] Technical > API Gateway for instructions, entities, and code samples.

Manipulate EBMS financial reports: Review [Main] Reports > Report or Form Customizing for ideas to manipulate financial reports.
Interfacing with FathomHQ
Complete the following steps to connect the FathomHQ to EBMS:

Download the pre-formatted spreadsheet that is designed to import data from EBMS and format it for FathomHQ. Click here to download spreadsheet.

Configure the Excel Add-in to connect to EBMS: Review [Main] Reports > Excel Add-in > Installing the Excel Add-in for instructions.

Install FathomHQ and connect to the FathomHQ spreadsheet. Review www.FathomHQ.com

Open the Excel spreadsheet, login, and load EBMS data into the spreadsheet. Save the spreadsheet.

Load FathomHQ to import data and review various financial reports and APIs.
