Customization Designer Module

• New Data Types

Data Module

• Webhook: Enabled support for document child tables (removed header restriction).
• Added data field required for MyDispatch.
• Server Manager
  • Web sync now runs on its own port.
  • Application can open even with corrupt data.
• Licensing: EBMS App Count Licensing retrieves updates from the internet (Stage 3).
• General Ledger: Prevents duplicate GLT records during posting.

Documents Module

• File explorer now displays within the memo area tab of documents.

Financial Module

• Added Department support for type-in credit cards.
• Bank Feed: Ability to create single new documents or add to existing ones for multiple selected transactions.
• ARCC/CF fields moved to standard for reporting consistency.
• Journal Entries: Balanced Transaction switch is now hidden.

General Module

• Print Log: Differentiate between printed, emailed, and faxed invoices.
• Improved clearing of document locks.
• Security Settings report now shows DBField information.
• Search Lists: Users can bypass the Find dialog box when initiating from F4/Search.
• SQL Mirror: Allows mirroring of ARSMSHIPINFO without blank AutoIDs.
• Barcode Scanning: Added prefixes for Rental Contracts, Mfg Batches, and Serialized Added Cost Batches.

Inventory Module

• Added settings for conditions when product cost should be updated.
• Low Inventory Dialog: Default behavior changed—non-stocked purchase method pop-up disabled by default.
• Multiple UPC codes per UOM now supported.
• Serialized Specs: Added Proposal tab on serialized items.
• Vendor Catalog: Skips subfolder creation when catalog field is blank.
• Serialized Items: Find in List… option added for assigning serial numbers.
• Bin Location Tracking: Introduced as a new module.

Koble Payments Module

• Support for multiple Koble Payments accounts within the same dataset.

Mail Module

• AutoSend Enhancements
  • Compatibility with new Windows Outlook Client (Send Now not supported).
  • Added attachment encryption.
  • Worker Mode for W-2 sending.
  • Integration with Azure Communication Services.
  • Option to export reports without printing/sending.
  • Ability to open documents directly from queried lists.
• Contact & Email fields widened to support maximum email address length.
• AutoSend Statements now support queries.

Manufacturing Module

• Added ETA Date field to batches.

MyEBMS Module

• Creating a new worker location record now updates the worker’s current location.

Payroll Module

• Time Tracking: Assigning a lunch break now adjusts timecard details.
• Added new tax type: 2025 IRA.

Proposal Module

• Proposal Search List: Corrected sorting by Ref Number (to align with SO Search behavior).

Rental Module

• Added Custom option for Rental Contract search control.
• Rental Code Accessories: Support added to insert accessories into contracts via right-click.

Reports Module

• Printing: Upgraded to latest Crystal Reports Service Pack.
• Reporting: All module-specific fields added to USERS.DBF for enhanced Security Settings reporting.

Sales Module

• Customer Payments: New tags in ARINV improve load times.
• Salesperson IDs (existing and new) now standardized to uppercase.
• Sales Tax: Option added to always tax freight.
• Sales Order Search List: Sorting by shipping date enabled.

Timed Events Module

• Added Scheduled Tasks functionality.
• New Recurring tab in Tasks.
• Email notifications supported for Timed Events.

Shipping Module

• Estimate Shipping: Preserves manual freight settings across saves.
• Added Unit of Measure flag to restrict items to dedicated packaging.
• Configurable Dimensional Weight Divisor per shipping method (Phase 1 – Data Change).
• Shipping Manager: Handling Fee, Calculate Freight, and Dimensional Weight disabled for performance optimization.
