Shipping Documents

Many of the available shipping forms and documents are found in File > Reports > Sales > Forms.

Packing List

Select File > Reports > Sales > Forms > Packing List from the file menu for a configurable order packing list.

Printing Bill of Lading

Select File > Reports > Sales > Forms > Bill of Lading from the file menu for a stock bill of lading report.

Review Shipping Settings within an Inventory Item for some product-specific shipping settings that may affect the bill of lading.

Sales Order

Select File > Reports > Sales > Forms > Sales Order (Plain Paper). The sales order shows the sales pricing.  

Review the Print menu within a sales order to configure or launch these shipping reports.  Review Print Buttons and Menus for instructions to add or remove reports from the print list.  

Review Send Now and Print Now Tools for instructions to create short cuts for shipping forms.
