Penny Rounding Cash Payments
How to round cash payments to the nearest nickel
Cash payments can be rounded to the nearest nickel to eliminate the need to receive the penny. The penny rounding only applies to cash payments. Rounding does not apply to Payment Card, ACH, or Check Payments.
The Penny Rounding for Cash Payments setting can be found in the Sales > Options > Payment tab from the main EBMS menu.
The setting should be set to None to disable any rounding. Select Round Up, Round Down, or Round to Nearest to enable penny rounding to the closest five-cent increment according to those options. Click OK to save the chosen setting.
