Adding Time for Other Worker(s)

Many of the task and work order management tools are within the EBMS software. Review the Tasks > Managing Tasks section within EBMS for a list of options available.

Adding time to tasks for other workers or multiple workers

Complete the following steps to add time to a task for other workers including multiple workers:

  1. Open a task within MyTime and open a task or work order.

  2. Tap on the Add time for multiple workers button at the bottom of the task to open the add time dialog as shown below:

  3. Enter a common note for all the timecard lines that are being added.

  4. Select an employee from the drop down list and tap the add button to add additional employees to the list.

  5. Tap on the save button to add the time to the task.
