Label Printer
Complete the following steps to install the Zebra ZD420 label printer:
-
Install the latest ZDesigner driver from https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/printers/desktop/zd420t.html#downloadlistitem_abe

Setup the printer for a network when connecting more than a single client to the printer.

Pressing and holding the Feed and Cancel button (2 right most buttons) for 2 seconds to print technical info.

Locate the IP address of the printer.

Open Window's Control Panel and select Devices and Printers once driver is installed.
-
Right click on the ZD420 Printer and click Printing Preferences
-
Set the correct label size such as 2”x1”.
-
Print a test page from printer.
-
Test by printing from EBMS. Review [Inventory] Barcodes > Printing Barcodes for instructions to print labels from EBMS.
