Listing Workers within a Job
Often a group of workers are assigned a job for the day as a crew. The benefit of assigning the workers within the job record of EBMS is to be able to record labor for the entire crew of workers.
Complete the following steps to assign workers to a job:
Open a job record by selecting Job Cost > Jobs from the main EBMS menu and open a job:
Click on the Workers tab as shown below:
List the Worker IDs that are part of the crew. This list will constantly change as the crew changes. The benefit of this list is that time can be tracked for an entire crew instead of individual workers.
