2. Manage Work Orders
This module also allows users to organize, schedule, and print work orders. This is perfect for electricians, equipment repair technicians, installation departments, HVAC companies, computer repairmen, manufacturers, and almost any type of repair or service business. Users can use a task as a work order, and then print it to create a flow of information until a task is completed and billed, or to be used as a tag that is attached to a piece of equipment.
3. Track Time
Tracking time is effortless thanks to a start/stop timer that employees can use to measure how much time is spent on each task. Helpful graphs display available time and give the user a schedule overview, so employees always know what tasks they need to complete and when they are due. Billable time is tracked as well for a service company and can be compared to actual time spent to evaluate how profitable individual employees or entire service departments are. In addition, managers can base employee pay based on efficiency and performance.
4. Record Job Notes
There is a place in each task to record any kind of useful notes related to the task, in addition to a Documents tab which houses all important documents. Users can log, organize, and evaluate follow up contacts, details for service contracts, and other customer relationship information.
